WHAT WE BELIEVE
01/
Relationships matter.
Everything important is based on relationships. Sometimes they are transactional and shallow. Other times, they are deep, meaningful, and long. But how you start, maintain, grow, and strengthen a relationship DOES make a difference.
03/
Everyone has a story to tell.
The key is to listen. When that happens, everyone benefits. Your brand, content, story arc, and message platform, are important inputs into how you attract, nurture, and retain great relationships.
05/
Technology connects us.
Technology has moved beyond the technical. Technology, combined with data, allows organizations of any size to facilitate and enable meaningful relationships.
02/
Brands have personalities.
Just like people, organizations have a personality – a culture – that defines who they are and what they stand for. Understanding your cultural DNA helps organizations solve problems, approach challenges, celebrate victories, and show your supporters what’s important to you.
04/
Data ... with purpose.
“Data with purpose” is about making smart decisions about focus, investment, who to communicate with, what story to tell, how best to say it, what’s working (or not), how to move a relationship forward, and how to measure impact. Without data, it’s all a guess.
06/
Ask "why?".
Growth and change don't often happen when we are comfortable. Questions are how we process the world ...
and we ask a LOT of them. It’s important to ask "why?",
challenge convention, and create recommendations that are specific and relevant for you.
